Promote a hex to structure-precision routing (admin)
POST/v2/admin/structure-points/promote
Manually maps a structure-precision point for a hex code. When a user routes to this hex, the API snaps to this point instead of the hex centroid, improving accuracy for dense urban areas where the centroid may be off-road.
