Create a shareable address handle
POST/v2/profile
Creates a private, shareable "@handle" pointing at a location —
e.g. @kofi — that its owner shares instead of a formal address
and updates whenever they move. This is the answer to renter
address staleness: unlike a public landmark, a profile is private
(edit-token gated) and owner-updatable, so it doesn't go stale the
way a static coordinate-tied code does for someone who rents and
relocates (see docs/GHANA_GPS_ISSUES_RESEARCH.md section 10).
No auth or account required — anonymous-first. The response's
edit_token is shown once; store it client-side, it's required
for every future PATCH/DELETE.
