Create a delivery rendezvous

Creates a live-location convergence session for a courier and a customer meeting at a drop-off point — answers the documented "rider drives in circles for 30 minutes per stop" failure mode (see docs/GHANA_GPS_ISSUES_RESEARCH.md section 8) by giving both sides a shared, real-time view of how far apart they are.

This is a thin, delivery-flavoured entry point onto the same session/WebSocket machinery as the generic Meet Me There feature (POST /v2/meet) — courier_join_url and customer_join_url both point at the same session but pre-fill role (and, if supplied, name) as query params, so each side's app can join without needing to know the underlying "meet" API exists.

No auth required — sessions are ephemeral (6h TTL) and scoped by an unguessable join token embedded in each URL.
