Get a target's last-known location
GET/v2/locator/:targetId/location
Returns your own last-known location for free; for anyone else you
need an active pairing (from /v2/locator/redeem) or this 404s —
deliberately the same 404 whether the pairing doesn't exist or the
target just hasn't reported a location yet, so this endpoint can't
be used to probe who has granted you access.

Last-known location
The endpoint requires an account-scoped API key. Legacy keys without an account identity cannot access tenant data. Also returned when the requested resource (loan, schedule) is registered to another account.
