Get an address profile

GET 
/v2/profile/:slug

Public, no auth. Pass the owner's X-Edit-Token header to receive the owner view (phone, alert email, flood-alert setting) instead of the public view — the edit form needs this to prefill accurately rather than blindly overwriting private fields with blanks on save.
