Whole-Ghana building-footprint density at H3 res-7 granularity, materialized from the OSM + Google Open Buildings footprint corpus (see cmd/backfill-footprint-hex). Each hex cell is bucketed by how many buildings it contains — the rural-coverage signal from the Ghana addressing research: most of the ~12,000 under-covered communities sit in cells with 1–19 footprints, while Accra/Kumasi cells hold hundreds. Also lists the sparsest cells (fewest footprints) so under-covered areas can be pinpointed rather than just counted.

No authentication required — public endpoint. Backfilled data only; returns status: not_backfilled until cmd/backfill-footprint-hex has been run.
