Rain-ahead precipitation forecast

/v2/precipitation-forecast

Returns the next-6-hour precipitation forecast as a GeoJSON point cloud (~165 points, 0.5° grid over Ghana). Each feature carries a region label, the maximum chance of rain (%) and the expected rainfall (mm) in the window, ordered by probability descending. No authentication required; clients render it as a rain heatmap.
