What leaves from here? (nearby boardable transit lines)
GET/v2/transit/departures
The reverse of trip planning: given a point, returns the trotro/bus lines a rider can board there and where each one ends up — nearest boarding point first. Public, no key required.
Lines that terminate at the stop are deliberately excluded — at a
station like Achimota, most routes serving it arrive rather than
depart, so listing them would send a rider toward a bus that has
already finished its run. A pattern is only included if it still
travels a meaningful distance onward from the query point, which
also filters out "continues to another platform of the same station
complex" noise rather than genuinely different destinations. Empty
results distinguish "no stop nearby" from "every line here ends" via
no_routes and note.
