Official GMet weather alerts (CAP)

GET 
/v2/weather/alerts

Returns the in-effect heavy-rain / flash-flood warnings from the Ghana Meteorological Agency as a GeoJSON FeatureCollection. Each feature is a MultiPolygon of the alert area with event/severity/urgency/certainty, a human headline and instruction, and the alert expiry. No authentication required; clients draw the alert areas and warn users.
