Returns registered zones for a loan with tracking metadata: last seen timestamp, frequency, confidence, stability flag, moved flag, and a recommended collection route with optimal visit time and Google Maps navigation link.

The endpoint requires an account-scoped API key. Legacy keys without an account identity cannot access tenant data. Also returned when the requested resource (loan, schedule) is registered to another account.
