List people you can currently see
GET/v2/locator/watching
The reverse of /v2/locator/viewers: every active pairing where
you're the viewer, with enough of the target's identity
(target_name/target_email) to render a list — this is how a
client discovers which target_id values it's allowed to pass to
GET /v2/locator/{targetId}/location.

Active targets
The endpoint requires an account-scoped API key. Legacy keys without an account identity cannot access tenant data. Also returned when the requested resource (loan, schedule) is registered to another account.
