Record a navigation arrival (passive telemetry)
POST/v2/navigation/arrival
Fire-and-forget: logs where a navigator ended up vs the pin they routed to (an address-accuracy signal) and, when the optional origin/elapsed-time fields are present, captures a traffic sample that calibrates route ETAs (the learned-traffic loop). Public — the navigator is not authenticated. Returns 204 and never blocks the client.
