Translate between English and Ghanaian languages

Translates text between English and a Ghanaian/African language via the GhanaNLP Khaya API, using ISO 639-3 codes. One side of the pair must be eng. Results are cached server-side — repeated strings (e.g. route-instruction templates) cost no upstream quota.

Public but throttled; returns 503 when language services are not configured on the deployment or the upstream quota is exhausted.
